Dear Mr Finnie
My mummy told me to write to you instead of Santa,
coz you have all the presents this year.
First, I wish for a new tractor for daddy, coz
he's been been in a very bad mood since some bad men in black suits
took it away. He shouts at mummy and makes her cry.
Second, I wish for a new house for mummy, coz
a bad man in a tweed jacket and funny yellow trousers came and told
mummy she would have to move house coz daddy hadn't paid the rent.
He made mummy cry and she flung a plant at him.
Third, I wish for a good home for Patch, my pony,
coz mummy says we are going to visit Aunty Jean, in Canada and daddy
says we're not coming back.
Finis
