Professor Roger Crofts loses appeal against dismissal from Chief Executive Post SNH

The situation is fully documented in the report of the meeting of the Employment Tribunal (Scotland) of 11th November 2002, which is given HERE. The decision by the Tribunal was unanimous.

The new Chief Executive is Ian Jardine, but the SNH website (www.snh.org.uk) currently gives no further information.

Professor Roger Crofts was subsequently appointed as a Director of the troubled Scottish Agricultural College (1).
