SNH Fail to Provide List of
Access Forum Members

On 28 February 2003 Land-Care posted a list of
members of the Access Forum provided to us by SNH. We were subsequently
informed that it is not a list of members of the Forum; it is a
list of those people who receive communications about the Forum's
meetings.
Land-Care has therefore again asked SNH to provide
a list of the Access Forum's members. So far SNH has not been able
to provide us with a list even though the Access Forum must be meeting
in order to discuss the Access Code.
It is our understanding that SNH, and the Access
Forum, are required to be open with the public.
