The European Livestock Association's letter
to the European Commission concerning
Bluetongue vaccination in Bluetongue-free countries or zones

The European Livestock Association (ELA) has written to the Agricultural Division of the European Commission (EC) expressing their members concern over the current EC rules relating to Bluetongue vaccination in countries/zones whose livestock are still free of Bluetongue but are at high risk of becoming infected.
